Nicki and Moriah are bringing their Italian roots together for a hands-on pasta-making experience inspired by the kitchens they grew up around, where food is made with love, wine is always welcome, and everyone gathers around the table. 🍝 HERE'S WHAT'S IN STORE! Mani in Pasta! We'll guide you step by step through making fresh pasta from scratch. You'll mix, knead, roll, and cut your very own pasta, learning traditional techniques you can recreate at home. Two Classic Italian Sauces Discover two beautifully simple Italian favorites: 🍅 Sugo al Pomodoro — A traditional tomato and basil sauce. 🧀 Burro e Parmigiano — A silky Roman-style sauce made with butter and authentic Parmigiano Reggiano. We'll provide recipes for both, so you can bring a little Italy into your own kitchen! Antipasti & Vino 🍷 Throughout the evening, enjoy guided tastings of dry red and white wines. While we prepare your handmade pasta, relax with an individual antipasto board and another wine tasting. A Tavola! The best part? Sitting down to enjoy the pasta YOU made!
